This is the lovely Charlotte Slivka ala 1920's style. Charlotte was a member of Club 57 and an active performer at the club at all times at any given moment. She played in the 12 piece all-girl band Pulsallama. Actually, I have to find out a lot more about Charlotte. Until I do, this description will have to do! If any viewer can help me with more information about this nice person I would appreciate it!
